Mindz@Work is a series of online learning sessions that are individually customized for our different client needs. Our approach takes the entire ecosystem of our client into consideration - to initiate the learning at an individual level while reflecting as a team and how it can benefit stakeholders.

Each (weekly) virtual session is for 1 hour only and requires no additional technology support or operating cost. Employees can login from wherever they are and communicate via existing media / app tools.

We follow a four step approach to make our interventions super customized to your needs -

1 Client profiling – Understanding client business and their growth strategies.

2 Identifying competencies Or Values - Individual efficiency or team performance parameters critical to business.

3 Define the Impact of the learning sessions – External or Internal impact.

4 Schedule & evaluate the impact over a period of 6 months – 12 months
